Sponsor STF

There are multiple benefits to sponsoring beyond being an integral part of the STF family, such as our many options for advertising: performance announcements, company logos on STF material, programs, brochures, posters, banners, and social media marketing with website promotion. Also, our combined promotions and marketing along with the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador/Arts & Culture Centre’s media push reaches thousands and, potentially more if we again cross-promote with other networks. We are also open to consultation and customization of your particular marketing requirements. 

A. Support of a local Not-for-profit charity/Community engagement

STF is a cultural anchor and economic generator for Bay St. George and this is the opportunity, through a donation/sponsorship, to show your support to this not-for-profit charity which has been producing riveting theatre in Stephenville for 44 years. You will gain the satisfaction of helping to actualize our season of theatre and be a vital part of an engaging and energetic business community. 

B. Full tax receipt for STF donation

A sponsorship is considered a donation to a not-for-profit charity and a full tax receipt will be supplied to sponsors to use with their annual tax return. 

C. Social media shout-outs on Facebook (more promotions with Instagram/Twitter/TikTok & customized for higher level sponsors)

One shoutout has the potential to reach thousands and our social network has been exponentially growing to reach all of Southwest Newfoundland and beyond. We’ll post your logo or a business photo, a complimentary promo, and relevant hashtags & links.

D. Performance announcements

At the beginning of each performance, business/sponsors are announced as sponsoring that particular evening’s production. (There would be more performance announcements at higher level sponsorships)

E. Logo on brochure & banner

The brochure is sent our early to inform people of our upcoming season. This is a three-page foldout which includes your business logo and is disseminated to potentially 30,000 customers. Logo on Company lobby banner –  A few days before opening we place large vertical banners in the Arts & Culture Centre lobby. Guests can view the sponsors logos on entrance and departure. 

F. Link on STF Website

From STF’s website your business can link any viewer to your own website and cross-promote with STF Level 5 Festival sponsors to receive ad space on the website. 

G. Recognition throughout the year

Advertising during the summer season, and also tours, Young Company presentations and special events. 

H. Logo on Poster

Posters are strategically placed in high traffic areas for full exposure and your logo will be one of the few on the poster. 

I. Half page ad in program

This is an opportunity to advertise with STF with more than a logo. A half or full-page ad in our program gives more space to promote your company and give extra information. A full-page ad is available for top sponsorship. 

J. Complimentary tickets

A level 4 sponsor will receive two complimentary tickets to the Arts & Culture Centre (ACC) main stage STF opening night production. Level 5 sponsorship will receive 2 more tickets to the opening of a second main stage ACC show. NOTE: The value of complimentary tickets with be subtracted from the donation tax receipt. 

K. Invitation to opening night reception. 

High level sponsors will be invited to the opening night of STF’s 44th season to participate in meeting the company, cocktails and music.
